Business Controller

As a Junior Business Controller, you’ll be part of a large controlling team and work closely with the business unit manager. You’ll support the business in financial matters and monitor budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators. You’ll also collaborate closely with colleagues in the finance department on relevant projects and systems. Responsibilities:

• Support the business unit manager with financial control, reporting, and follow-up
• Budgeting and Forecasting 
• Prepare and conduct performance reviews with the business unit
• Support Senior Business Controllers
• Monitor, analyze, and address deviations
• Monitor key performance indicators and participate in the year-end closing process
• Participate in projects and work on ad hoc tasks

To be considered for the role, you need:

• Relevant academic background and one or more years of work experience in accounting or auditing. 
• Experience in controlling is a plus, but not required. 
• Feel confident using Excel and the systems you use at work. 
• Experience with major enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and business intelligence (BI) tools is a plus. 
• Be able to express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both in writing and orally.
