CFO
Talent Search has been commissioned to recruit a CFO for a company operating in the field of fuel cell technology.
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for quarterly and annual reports
- Manage and ensure the quality of budget and forecasting processes
- Be responsible for the budget, budget monitoring, and financial management
- Be responsible for monthly financial monitoring and reporting to the board
- Ensure that the income statement and balance sheet are accurate and quality-assured
- Be responsible for ongoing cost monitoring, analysis, and variance management
- Personnel Responsibilities for an Employee
- Serve as a business-oriented and strategic partner to the CEO and management
- Contribute financial perspectives and decision-making input for the company’s continued development
To be considered for the role:
- At least five years of experience in specialized finance work, preferably in a CFO or equivalent senior finance role
- Experience in industrial operations
- A bachelor's degree in economics or an equivalent field
- Experience in a publicly traded company and/or an auditing background
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Ability and willingness to work on-site in Karlskoga
- Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial management and reporting
- A clear business focus and the ability to link financial performance to the company's development
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with the CEO, management, and the board of directors
- Independent, organized, and down-to-earth, with the ability to drive issues forward
- A strong customer focus and a natural emphasis on results and value creation
About the process:
