Production Controller
Talent Search has been commissioned to recruit a Production Controller for an industrial company in Småland.
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure high quality and reliability in the ERP system
- Work closely with production, purchasing, and marketing to develop cost estimates, pricing strategies, and efficient production flows
- Provide proactive decision support to management and contribute to forward-looking, data-driven governance
- Proactive decision support for management on issues related to production, efficiency, and profitability
- Build strong internal relationships and foster trust through clear communication, business acumen, and commitment
- Conduct and develop profitability analyses with a focus on items and cost structures in contract manufacturing
To be considered for the role:
- Solid experience working with business systems and an understanding of the importance of high data quality
- Background in the manufacturing industry and a solid understanding of production flows and pricing
- Documented experience leading change initiatives, preferably related to projections and forecasting
- You are confident in your role, responsive when working with others, and have the ability to make well-informed decisions
- Academic background in economics or engineering
- Opportunity to work on-site
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
