Production/Site Manager

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for coordinating contractors and for the planning and execution of foundation projects.
• Have overall responsibility for production, with a focus on finances, scheduling, quality, and resource planning.
• Participate in the bidding process together with the supervisor and the cost estimation department.
• Lead and develop project staff and ensure a safe and secure work environment.
• Plan, lead, and follow up on construction meetings to ensure the progress of projects.
• Ensure that projects are carried out in accordance with applicable quality, environmental, and occupational safety requirements.
• Monitor project results and contribute to effective work practices and continuous improvement.

To be considered for the role:

• At least 5 years of experience as a site manager on construction projects.
• Documented experience leading projects and staff with responsibility for production, finance, and planning.
• BAS-U Certification.
• A solid understanding of construction law, including AB, ABT, and AMA.
• Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
