Production Controller

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure high quality and reliability in the ERP system
• Work closely with production, purchasing, and marketing to develop cost estimates, pricing strategies, and efficient production flows
• Provide proactive decision support to management and contribute to forward-looking, data-driven governance
• Proactive decision support for management on issues related to production, efficiency, and profitability
• Build strong internal relationships and foster trust through clear communication, business acumen, and commitment
• Conduct and develop profitability analyses with a focus on items and cost structures in contract manufacturing

To be considered for the role:

• Solid experience working with business systems and an understanding of the importance of high data quality
• Background in the manufacturing industry and a solid understanding of production flows and pricing
• Documented experience leading change initiatives, preferably related to projections and forecasting
• You are confident in your role, responsive when working with others, and have the ability to make well-informed decisions
• Academic background in economics or engineering
• Opportunity to work on-site
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
