Talent Search was founded as part of Search Group, alongside the Nordic region’s largest provider of interim staffing services: Interim Search. Our philosophy is simple—we are the recruitment agency that confidently helps clients find and recruit the right employees.
Since our launch a year ago, our business has really taken off, and we’re now looking for someone who can deliver exceptional recruitment services with a high level of credibility.

At Talent Search, we have extensive experience in the talent industry and in recruitment. We work with clients we like—and whom we believe we can help more quickly and effectively than other providers. We welcome assignments that are a bit more challenging.
Clients should be able to confidently rely on our ability to guide them through the various phases of the process to achieve their goals. In our projects, we place great emphasis on matching clients with the right expertise as well as ensuring a good fit with the company’s and team’s culture.
We believe that you:
- Holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and has at least 5 years of experience at a top-tier recruitment firm (or an equivalent employer branding or talent tech company).
- Has a proven track record of successful business dealings with both new and existing customers
- Has a strong interest in recruitment and the talent market
- You're accustomed to a 360° approach where you engage with new and existing customers and take full responsibility for delivering customer projects from start to finish
- The best way to describe your work style is that you get things done
We're located in central Stockholm and share office space with many wonderful colleagues at Search Group.
