CFO

Talent Search has been entrusted with recruiting a CFO for a successful B2C company.

You will develop and drive efficiency improvements within the company, as well as create a business-supportive and forward-looking finance function. The company is therefore looking for A CFO with a strong business mindset and drive. 

We believe you’re solution-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are able and willing to roll up your sleeves when needed. You know your craft and  You likely come from a previous role at a rapidly growing company where you needed both strategic vision and a willingness to roll up your sleeves. Here, you’ll also have the opportunity to reshape the finance function.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience working at fast-growing companies with a fast-paced environment
• Can E-commerce 
• Has held a similar position at a company with revenue of at least 400 million SEK.
• Has a strong background in business control (proactive and forward-thinking)
• Previously managed and oversaw the entire finance department, including accounting
• Is accustomed to being actively involved
• Prepares analyses and decision-making materials for the CEO and the board of directors.

The CFO currently has a small team that reports directly to him, as well as external firms that handle parts of the finance function.
