Head of Warranty and Technical Services
Talent Search has been commissioned to recruit a Head of Warranty and Tech Services for a company in the automotive industry in the Stockholm area.
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Own and develop the company's warranty and support offerings and ensure a professional, customer-focused, and efficient support function.
- Lead and develop operations related to warranties, recalls, and technical support, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Lead change and development initiatives to create a scalable, standardized, and customer-focused organization.
- Develop and monitor processes, KPIs, and SLAs, and identify opportunities for improvement through analysis and data-driven insights.
- Build a strong culture of collaboration through professional development, knowledge sharing, and clear work processes.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the business and develop long-term relationships with resellers, OEMs, and internal stakeholders.
To be considered for the role:
- A confident and clear-cut leader with high integrity and a strong ability to build trusting relationships with various stakeholders.
- Experience leading complex operations in after-sales, warranty, or technical support.
- Commercially driven with a strong understanding of the interplay between warranties, dealers, OEMs, and business operations.
- Documented experience in change management and organizational development.
- Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to combine strategic thinking with operational leadership.
- Opportunity to work on-site.
- Spoken and written Swedish and English.
About the Process
The assignment is listed as 100% and involves employment with the client company, starting in the fall of 2026, as specified. Candidates will be presented in week 34, and interviews with our client will take place at that time.
