Operations Manager

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production to ensure that operations run according to plan.
• Personnel responsibility for 15–20 employees, with the task of leading and assigning work to both production staff and office workers.
• Establish structure, procedures, and work methods, and work closely with the business on an operational level.
• Monitor delivery, quality, and efficiency, and identify and drive improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as purchasing, logistics, quality, and engineering.
• Ensure a positive work environment and create the conditions for strong team commitment.

To be considered for the role:

• Several years of experience working in the manufacturing industry, primarily in the automotive sector.
• Documented experience in a managerial role with a focus on production planning and operational leadership.
• A confident, organized, and proactive leader with the ability to lead and assign work within cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Opportunity to work 100 % on-site at the facility.
• Experience with production start-ups, change management, and process improvement (Lean) is a plus.

About the process:
