Talent Search has been entrusted with recruiting a key position in Customer Service for our client, which specializes in tires.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and organized person who will work closely with the company’s internal customers—independent contractors throughout Sweden—and help them handle everything from placing orders to finding practical solutions to delivery challenges.

During busy periods, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that logistics operations run smoothly and resolving any issues quickly and effectively. You thrive in an environment where you can think several steps ahead, keep track of details, and build strong relationships with our customers.

When things slow down during the off-season, your responsibilities will vary—they might include helping with administrative tasks, contributing to campaigns, or helping to coordinate practical projects.

Who are you?

• You have experience in customer service, such as in a call center, retail store, or similar setting.
• You are organized, flexible, and good at understanding practical problems and solving them.
• You're outgoing, enjoy building and maintaining relationships, and don't mind talking on the phone a lot.
• You have an interest in vehicles and enjoy working in an operational environment where quick decisions are sometimes required.

What we offer:

You'll have a varied role focused on customer contact and problem-solving. The position is based at the company's offices in central Stockholm, and you're expected to be on-site four days a week.
