About the Role

As a Performance Manager at our client’s company, you’ll have the opportunity to take a holistic approach to the company’s performance strategy. The company operates in a highly competitive industry and is therefore looking for someone who enjoys working analytically and strategically to maximize results.

In this role, you will:

• Be responsible for overall performance management, from strategy to follow-up.
• Optimize marketing efforts across channels, including SEM, paid social, and affiliate marketing.
• Serve as a senior client representative for external agencies and ensure that deliverables are of high quality.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure that data-driven initiatives align with business objectives.
• Continuously analyze and report results, and drive improvements.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in performance marketing and e-commerce, either at an agency and/or in-house.
• I am accustomed to working both strategically and operationally in a competitive industry.
• Has strong analytical skills and is comfortable working with data and KPIs.
• Has experience collaborating with agencies and delivering results through others.
• Is self-motivated and takes responsibility for seeing projects through to completion.

Experience working at fast-growing companies or companies with a broad product portfolio is a plus.
