Team Leader, Software Development

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for leadership, professional development, and delivery within the company's software organization
• Build scalable platforms and solutions to support the organization's core digital transformation
• Ensure greater maturity and the establishment of new requirements and work practices in software development
• Establish and implement security policies
• Be responsible for the analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning of staffing and talent acquisition
• Lead and establish a structured approach to continuous improvement
• Develop and implement a strategic plan for the organization's footprint

To be considered for the role:

• Experience in software development (preferably Azure or mobile apps) as well as informal or agile leadership (e.g., Tech Lead, Team Lead, Scrum Master)
• Strong interest in and potential for formal line and personnel responsibility
• Experience working in a well-run, modern software organization where you've seen what ”good” looks like”
• Ability to identify areas for improvement in release processes and development workflows
• Basic understanding of and knowledge about cybersecurity, information security, and quality in digital products
• A solid understanding of modern AI tools and their application in software development
• A driven, humble, and relationship-building team player who thrives on quick decision-making and support from their immediate supervisor
• Team-oriented and communicative in an international environment
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
