What CAD systems do your candidates have experience with?

The most common software is SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, Inventor, and NX, often in combination with a PDM or PLM system. We adapt to your environment, but we place greater emphasis on an understanding of production and design methodology than on individual software programs.
Should the designer have a college degree or a vocational college degree?

Both paths work. Designers with vocational college degrees are often quickly productive in CAD and work closely with production, while university-trained engineers have a deeper understanding of calculations. We base our approach on what your products require rather than on the type of education.
Can you find engineers with experience in our manufacturing method?

Yes, and that’s one of the most important matching parameters. A designer who has designed for cutting operations makes different choices than one who has designed for sheet metal or castings. We therefore always assess based on the method, not just the industry.
How soon can we see the candidates?

We typically present an initial selection of candidates who have been screened, interviewed, and had their backgrounds checked within approximately 2.5 weeks of the requirements profile being approved.
