Production/Site Manager
Talent Search has been commissioned to recruit a Site Manager for an international company operating in the civil engineering and construction industry.
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for coordinating contractors and for the planning and execution of foundation projects.
- Have overall responsibility for production, with a focus on finances, scheduling, quality, and resource planning.
- Participate in the bidding process together with the supervisor and the cost estimation department.
- Lead and develop project staff and ensure a safe and secure work environment.
- Plan, lead, and follow up on construction meetings to ensure the progress of projects.
- Ensure that projects are carried out in accordance with applicable quality, environmental, and occupational safety requirements.
- Monitor project results and contribute to effective work practices and continuous improvement.
To be considered for the role:
- At least 5 years of experience as a site manager on construction projects.
- Documented experience leading projects and staff with responsibility for production, finance, and planning.
- BAS-U Certification.
- A solid understanding of construction law, including AB, ABT, and AMA.
- Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
About the process:
